The shotgun itself is new. There are no marks, scuffs, scrapes, or damage whatsoever to the shotgun.  It has never been owned or transferred to another customer and has never been fired other than during manufacturer testing.  We are listing it as used only because the original Beretta box was damaged at the warehouse. The shotgun has been carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure no damage during shipment. 

The shotgun is still covered under the Beretta warranty as a new shotgun.
